Job Description

• Accurately code patient records using relevant software and tools.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify coding discrepancies or issues.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of coding guidelines and regulations.
• Identify and report any errors or inconsistencies in coding data.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance coding accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with changes in coding regulations and guidelines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and coding principles is expected.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are vital.
