Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide general customer service, including post-sale technical and non-technical support across multiple sub-families.
  • Offer remote customer service via phone, online chat, or text, handling high-volume low-complexity inquiries.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues in a call center setting.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments related to specific orders.
  • Provide technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service center.
  • Solve routine issues independently with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.
  • Requires moderate supervision and can solve routine issues independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry practices and standards.
