Job Title: AR Caller
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Work From Office)
Industry: US Healthcare / BPO / KPO
Shift: Night Shifts (US Timings)
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic, articulate, and detail-oriented graduates to join our US Healthcare team in Hyderabad. As a fresher, you will undergo comprehensive training to understand US insurance claims, billing codes, and denial management. Your primary goal will be to communicate with US-based insurance companies and resolve unpaid or rejected medical claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Claim Follow-up: Make outbound voice calls to US insurance companies to check the status of unpaid or underpaid medical claims.
- Denial Analysis: Learn to identify the reasons for claim rejections and understand basic healthcare coding (CPT/ICD).
- Documentation: Accurately log call details, claim statuses, and actions taken into the medical billing software.
- Re-submission & Appeals: Gather required data and assist in preparing corrected claims or appeals for processed/denied claims.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets set by the process. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate - B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc (Except Engineering and IT Graduates)
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication. (Neutral accent and ability to articulate clearly are required).
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in complete US Night Shifts.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office, fast typing skills, and internet navigation.
