Roles & Responsibilities:

• Entrepreneurial Growth: Recruit, onboard, and activate independent health insurance agents/advisors.
• Coaching & Mentorship: Train your team on high-demand health insurance products and market strategies.
• Business Scaling: Drive revenue targets by motivating your advisor network and helping them close deals.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand TATA AIG's footprint across the Borivali region.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 0-3 Years. Prior insurance sales experience is highly preferred, but high-energy sales freshers with a drive to succeed are welcome to apply.
• Education: Graduation is strictly mandatory (Must have the final degree/passing marksheet).
• Skills: Strong communication, networking capabilities, team management, and a target-driven mindset.
