Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency development and management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.


• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents to improve their sales skills.


• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in agency development and management within the insurance industry.


• Strong knowledge of the insurance products and services offered by Axis Max Life Insurance Limited.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Experience working with agents, brokers, and other stakeholders is essential.
