Job Description

• Experience: 9-12 Years
• Strong expertise in Watermelon Test Automation Tool, including framework understanding, script development, and execution
• Hands-on experience in Life Insurance domain applications, preferably with core systems and digital/web platforms
• Proven experience in web automation testing, including designing and maintaining automation suites for scalable applications
• Ability to design and implement automation frameworks and reusable components aligned with project needs
• Experience in handling end-to-end testing scenarios (NB, policy servicing, claims, etc) within Life Insurance
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize automation coverage and improve efficiency
• Capability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members on automation best practices
• Experience in stakeholder interaction and solutioning at project/program level
