Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Testing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive training sessions on Manual Testing and Automation Testing concepts, developing and maintaining training materials, and guiding trainees through practical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Manual Testing and Automation Testing concepts.
• Develop and maintain training materials, exercises, and assessments.
• Guide trainees through practical projects and real-world scenarios.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Simplify complex concepts for learners.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer in Software Testing.
• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing and Automation Testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
• Experience in developing training materials.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

• Experience with various testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide aspiring professionals.
