Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Admission Counselors to support prospective students throughout the admissions process. This role is ideal for fresh B.Tech and MBA graduates who possess excellent communication skills and are passionate about guiding students in making informed academic and career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission requirements, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to drive admissions and enrollments.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs based on their interests and career goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admission status in the CRM system.
- Achieve admission and conversion targets within assigned timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience for students.
- Participate in webinars, education fairs, seminars, and outreach activities when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech or MBA graduates (Freshers only).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Strong presentation and counseling skills.
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
