Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data AI Project Manager with Scrum Master capabilities to drive delivery of advanced data, analytics, and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong Agile program management, stakeholder communication, and technical understanding of data platforms and AI solutions, along with hands-on expertise in Jira for agile delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Program Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering, BI, and AI/ML initiatives
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation
Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
Drive risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking
Scrum Master Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices
Remove team impediments and foster a high-performing team culture
Track sprint progress, velocity, and continuous improvement metrics
Required Skills Qualifications
Core Skills
10+ years in IT delivery/project management, with at least 3+ years in Data AI initiatives
Strong experience as a Scrum Master (Certified Scrum Master preferred)
Deep hands-on experience with Jira (mandatory)
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Leadership and team mentoring capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: CSM / PSM / SAFe Agile / PMP
Experience in AI-driven products or GenAI initiatives
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for data/ML projects
