Job Title: SAP FICO Functional Consultant
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office/Hybrid)
Experience: 58 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with 58 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to core FICO modules, finance business process testing, and cross-functional integration with SAP MM, SD, PS, and IS-U modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP Finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and enhance SAP FICO modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders (IO)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO functional solutions.
- Perform end-to-end testing of finance-related business processes, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to SAP Finance and Controlling.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Conduct impact analysis for change requests and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users and provide functional support, training, and documentation.
Required Skills
- 58 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
- Strong exposure to SAP FICO modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders (IO)
- Good understanding of Finance business processes and SAP best practices.
- Experience in testing various finance-related business processes.
- Strong knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and:
- Materials Management (MM)
- Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Project Systems (PS)
- SAP IS-U
- Experience in issue analysis, debugging, and production support.
- Ability to interact with business users and gather functional requirements.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Financial Closing, Asset Accounting, Banking, or Taxation processes is preferred.
- Exposure to SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- SAP FICO Certification is desirable.
