Job Description

Hiring! Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

Process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
Verify invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and update MIS reports using Excel.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and payment-related activities.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Advanced Excel knowledge preferred (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF, etc.).
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts.
