Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team. Freshers with excellent English communication skills and experienced candidates with up to 3 years of relevant International Voice Process experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls for international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet individual and team KPIs, including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 03 years.
- Freshers with excellent spoken English are eligible.
- Candidates with relevant International Voice Process experience are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Willingness to work from the office.

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
