Job Description
Position Title : Manager Finance Operations
Job Overview:
The Company is seeking a finance professional to independently oversee end-to-end finance operations, including investor servicing, cash flow monitoring, financial controllership, and business support, across multiple SM REIT and fractional ownership entities.
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage finance operations for multiple SPVs, SM REITs, and fractional ownership entities.
- Monitor property revenues, rental collections, investor payouts, operating expenses, and cash flows.
- Review and execute investor distributions, reconciliations, and fund flow transactions.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, monitor liquidity, debt servicing, and treasury operations.
- Strengthen finance controls, reconciliations, governance processes, and compliance with internal policies.
- Develop MIS reports and dashboards covering collections, investor payouts, occupancy, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and monitor key operational metrics.
- Coordinate with Investor Relations, Asset Management, Property Management, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth finance operations and timely resolution of issues.
Education
- B.Com with MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / Equivalent Finance qualification.
- 4 - 8 years of experience in Finance Operations, Business Finance, Controllership, Treasury, Fund Operations, or Real Estate Finance.
