Job Purpose: You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to ensure right talent at right place, build a strong brand and
ensure great relationships with both patients & external Stakeholders, shall be responsible for overall smooth functioning of
the centre. Strategic Management:

Provide leadership to the team to achieve high morale, quality outcomes and positive
financial results
Assure cost effectiveness and financial integrity, with emphasis on revenue
enhancement, productivity, utilization management and overall profitability
Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth
strategies Medical Care
o
o
Monitor and implement nursing procedures and practices
Respond to possible daily complications developed by patients during dialysis procedure
and compile monthly statistics for all patients

o
Educate patients and staff on the procedures and protocols of dialysis therapy
Maintain adequate stocks of all dialysis consumables and catheters
Schedule dialysis appointment for patients on daily/weekly basis based on availability,
duration, special conditions (positive / negative status etc.)
Maintain all the instruments in working condition; obtain necessary approval form If any
machine breaks down, report to the Service Engineer, Nephrologists and Operation
Manager. Ensure that the machine is serviced and it is safe to proceed with the treatment
Co- ordinate with respective vendors for servicing and repair of equipment
Ensure the drugs and store keys are properly secured

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure previous days record are updated Patient Care
o Monitor attendance regularly; and make provisions for back- up staff in case of leave of
absence so as to ensure continuity of medical and patient care
o Pre and Post counselling to the patient and notes if require
o Relationship building, interaction with patients during their visits to the Centre
o Educate patients if, found out of range blood values
o Schedule dialysis appointment for patients on daily/weekly basis based on availability,
duration, special conditions (positive / negative status etc.)
o Ensure that all the machines are disinfected and enter in the system
o Ensure all details of patient related to be updated into HMIS Care Quality & Process Improvement
o Implement improved processes and management methods to ensure quality care in
provided to patients.
o Ensure regulatory compliances and quality accreditations (National Accreditation Board for
Hospitals & Healthcare Providers NABH) for the Centre.
o Ensure proper issue resolution of the patient, timely processing & delivery within the
defined SLA for satisfaction
o Update patient history and dialysis data in HMIS and specific files for current and future

o Provide inputs in formulating patient care policy and procedures, for patient care service
and the organization
o Ensure adherence to NABH standards and other relevant quality standards in all processes
o Identify and develop new markets and patient care opportunities
Billing & Cash handling o
o
Reconciliation of daily sales; Reconciliation of Daily sales figures with cash received
Cash Handling; Ensure proper cash handling is done and a record is maintained of the
cash & deposited into account done. To do a weekly/monthly audit of cash transactions
done and ensure proper cash audits documentation and consultants bill
management/proper storage
Management of stocks

To supervise stock storage and display
To conduct weekly audit of stocks by coordinating & collating MIS from CSOs deployed at
various MSCs on stock availability and shortages
o
o
Supervise the monthly stock taking at the Centre & resolution of discrepancies
Disposal of defectives and non-moving stocks;
Proper documentation of damaged and returned stocks as per procedure seek
Operation Manager/SCM intervention for re distribution of non-moving items Reports/MIS
Daily sales reports
Ensure uploads into HMIS of daily transactions to HO
Staff and Facility Management
o
o
o Establish accountability and ownership of deliverables across all team members
o Provide training, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve
business results
o Handling grievance of all staffs and provide solution as per SLAs defined from respective
authority
o Responsible for the management of team personnel which includes performance
management and competency building activities
o Monitor all the staff whether they are following the unit protocol if, not, report to the
Centre Manager
o Ensure overall hygiene and waste management process, as per protocol within the dialysis
unit
o Retention of key staffs
Any other task given by the management or reporting manager.

Education:
Preferable MBA in Healthcare/MHA
