Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Gold Appraisal & Vault Management: Oversee the error-free valuation and purity assessment of pledged gold as per company policies.
Business Growth: Lead field marketing, manage walk-ins, and achieve branch disbursement targets.
Operations & Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to KYC norms, safety standards, and audit requirements.
Team Leadership & Portfolio Management: Train branch staff, monitor portfolio quality, and control Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 3 to 7 years in gold loan banking, valuation, or financial services management.
Education: Bachelors or Postgraduate degree preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in local language,and customer relationship management
