As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.Roles Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
  • Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate technical information effectively.
  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis.
  • Capability to document processes and solutions clearly for future reference and training.
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
  • This position is based at our Mumbai office.
