Job Description:

We are looking for a Store Manager to handle day-to-day operations of a meat retail store, ensuring product quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations and staff
Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of meat products
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI norms)
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage
Drive sales and provide excellent customer service
Handle billing, reporting, and store performance tracking

Requirements:

Experience in retail/FMCG/food industry (meat industry preferred)
Knowledge of meat products and hygiene practices
Good leadership and communication skills
Basic computer/POS knowledge
