Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Consultants to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by selling insurance products to interested leads.

This is a high-energy, target-driven sales role with strong earning potential and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls on interested leads (No cold calling)
  Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products
  Explain product features, benefits & pricing clearly
  Follow-up with customers and close sales
  Achieve daily, weekly & monthly targets
  Maintain records in CRM

Eligibility

• 03 years experience (Freshers can apply)
  Good communication skills (English + regional language)
  Sales mindset & target-driven attitude
  Comfortable working in fast-paced environment

You should comfortable with marathi, telgu, tamil or kannada any of this one language.
