Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Assistant to support end-to-end recruitment activities for Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from requirement gathering to candidate closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various departments.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably handling Non-IT hiring.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
