Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing and payroll compliance
- Employee onboarding, confirmation, exit formalities, and HR documentation
- HR MIS and employee records management
- Statutory compliance PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, etc.
- Employee relations and grievance handling
- Coordination with regional teams, consultants, and corporate HR
- Support recruitment activities, training initiatives, and HR policy implementation
HR Recruiter (Female)
Experience: 34 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for various positions
- Candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely closures
- Supporting onboarding activities and employer branding initiatives
