Role:

US IT Recruiter Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT positions across the US and Canada markets, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top technology talent while building strong talent pipelines and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities:


1. End-to-End Recruitment:

    • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including requisition gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
    • Handle hiring for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time positions across the US and Canada markets.

2. Candidate Assessment:

    • Screen candidates based on technical competencies, domain expertise, communication skills, work authorization status, and cultural fit.
    • Evaluate candidate qualifications, compensation expectations, availability, and project suitability.
    • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical and hiring manager interviews.

3. Stakeholder Management:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and workforce plans.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

4. Process Improvement:

    • Continuously refine recruitment processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
    • Implement best practices to enhance candidate quality and reduce hiring timelines
    • Experienced in managing MIS (Management Information Systems) for recruitment reporting and analytics.
    • Skilled in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to streamline hiring workflows and ensure compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, MBA, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of US/Canada IT recruitment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing and work authorization categories.
  • Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with ATS and managing multiple IT requisitions.
