Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, and variance analysis.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate financial models using Excel or other tools (e.g., Power BI).
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions through data-driven insights.
  
• Provide timely support on ad-hoc requests from senior management.
  
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in finance function with a focus on financial planning & analysis.
  
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) and budgeting software (e.g., Forecasting Tools).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
