Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test scripts using Playwright
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Playwright automation tool
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with test frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar
- Knowledge of API testing (REST APIs)
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good to Have:
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Knowledge of Docker / containerization
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL)
