Job Description

Dr. Reddys Laboratories is inviting applications for the position of Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Respiratory/Derma/ENT/CP/GP segment. The role involves driving sales performance, managing doctor relationships, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned territory independently

Drive prescription generation in Respiratory/Derma/ENT/CP/GP segment

• Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Execute brand strategies and promotional activities
• Provide regular market feedback and reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 612 years
• Mandatory: Experience in the same HQ (Raipur, Rewa, Bilaspur)

Therapy Exposure: Respiratory/Derma/ENT/CP/GP

• Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills
• Proven sales and territory handling capability
• Consistent track record of target achievement
