We are Hiring for Team Lead & Assistant Manager B2C Sales positions!

Location: Plot No. 116, Sector 44, Gurugram
Walk-in Date: 30th June 2026
Time: 11:00 AM 4:00 PM

Open Positions:

Team Lead B2C Sales
Assistant Manager B2C Sales

Experience Required:

Minimum 4+ Years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Voice Process
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead is mandatory

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in B2C Sales / Telesales process
Proven team handling experience
Experience managing team performance, productivity & targets
Hands-on experience with Attrition & Shrinkage management
Strong knowledge of sales metrics and performance tracking
Experience in Advanced Excel (Reports, MIS, Data Analysis)
Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
