Key Role of the Position Responsible for management of Direct and Indirect Taxes through effective implementation of BMS to ensure Statutory and Regulatory compliance.
Sr. No Key Deliverables
1. Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve BMS processes
2. Filing of GST & IT returns
3. Approve entries of Purchase
4. Filing of GST & IT Audit Report
5. TDS computation and Returns filing
6. Development of selected team members in accordance with Succession Plan.
7. Develop own skills of Leadership, Delegation to effectively perform existing role and become an Influencer.
Sr. No Roles & Responsibilities Authority
1. To establish, implement, maintain and continually improve BMS processes
a) Periodically revisit existing processes and refine as necessary Decisive
b) Ensure BMS Document Control and Distribution in accordance with established SOPs and processes. Implement
c) Promote process awareness among the team and encourage adoption of Process approach and risk based thinking. Implement
d) Identify improvement areas based on the Monthly Performance Data Implement
e) Provide necessary inputs to management regarding performance of Service providers. For eg. Consultants and/or Auditors Implement
