Area Manager - Franchise Development - 5+ Years - Rajkot


Excellent opportunity for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in franchise development, institutional sales, business expansion, and partner acquisition. This role is responsible for driving business growth, expanding the franchise network, managing key stakeholders, and achieving regional revenue targets within the education sector.

Responsibilities -

  1. Identify and onboard potential business partners for franchise expansion.
  2. Conduct city profiling, market mapping, catchment analysis, and location feasibility assessments.
  3. Drive lead generation through marketing initiatives and business development activities.
  4. Present business proposals and evaluate prospects for partnership opportunities.
  5. Manage revenue targets, profitability objectives, and regional growth plans.
  6. Build strong relationships with franchise partners and act as the primary point of contact.
  7. Ensure smooth operational functioning and adherence to organizational standards.
  8. Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  9. Prepare regional performance reports, collection reports, and acquisition trackers.
  10. Ensure compliance with all legal and operational procedures.

Requirements -

  1. Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Expansion roles.
  3. Strong understanding of territory planning, market development, and partner acquisition.
  4. Excellent communication, networking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to manage stakeholders and drive business growth independently.
  6. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  7. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
