Job Description
As an IT Engineer, you will work on challenging, bespoke solutions for the Operations and Front Office domains. Your role goes beyond development: you will be deeply involved in requirements gathering, solution design, end-to-end process orchestration, business interaction, and testing.
Key areas of focus include:
- End-to-end orchestration of business processes
- Development and configuration using TIBCO BPM(E)
- System and process integration using TIBCO BW(CE)
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Designing, testing, and improving process flows and integrations
- Supporting the full lifecycle of applications, including production support
- Coaching less experienced colleagues and promoting best practices
- Leveraging Azure cloud capabilities where applicable
