JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring dynamic individuals for our International Voice Process. You will handle inbound and outbound calls from global customers. The role requires resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Role & responsibilities.

• Handle customer queries via phone calls professionally.
• Provide accurate solutions to customer issues.
• Maintain high quality of service on every call.
• Meet daily performance targets and service level agreements.
• Update customer information accurately in the database.
• Escalate complex issues to the respective departments.

Required candidate profile :

• Education: Graduation in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skills: Strong active listening, problem solving skills.
