Job Purpose
Drive IR/ER, employee welfare, grievance handling, statutory compliance, payroll administration, security & facilities management, contract labour governance, apprentice management, CSR coordination, and external stakeholder liaisoning while supporting plant HR and industrial relations agenda Key Responsibilities Time Office & Payroll: Ensure accurate attendance, payroll processing, contract labour attendance governance, and continuous process improvements Security, Gate Control & Facilities: Manage plant security, gate control, risk mitigation, employee transport, housekeeping, gardening, 5S, and facility upkeep Contract Labour Management: Ensure statutory compliance, contractor governance, grievance resolution, audits, and risk management Statutory Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, Apprentice Act and manage inspections, notices, and legal matters Employee Relations & Welfare: Drive welfare initiatives, grievance redressal, employee engagement, and support IR interventions Industrial Relations: Engage with unions/employees, support settlements, disciplinary processes, inquiries, legal drafting, and resolution of IR matters Stakeholder & Government Liaisoning: Maintain relationships with labour authorities, local administration, police, political influencers, and community stakeholders Apprentice Management: Oversee apprentice hiring, onboarding, training coordination, stipend administration, compliance under the Apprentice Act, and institute partnerships CSR Coordination: Support planning, execution, monitoring, documentation, and reporting of plant-level CSR initiatives in collaboration with communities, NGOs, and internal stakeholders Qualifications & Experience MBA/MSW/LLB/LLM with specialization/relevant exposure in HR, IR, Labour Laws Minimum10 years of experience in plant HR, IR, statutory compliance, labour relations, security administration, or related domains
