Quality Analyst- OB/GYN @ CorroHealth

Job Description

Review patient medical records, physician notes, operative reports, and discharge summaries for OB/GYN services

• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses and procedures related to:
• Prenatal and postnatal care
• Labor & delivery
• Gynecological procedures (e.g., hysterectomy, laparoscopy)
• Infertility treatments
• Ensure proper documentation supports coding and billing activities
• Identify and resolve coding discrepancies and denials
• Maintain high coding accuracy and productivity standards
• Stay updated with coding guidelines, payer policies, and compliance regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and billing teams to clarify diagnoses or procedures
• Assist in audits and quality assurance reviews
