Job Purpose
We are hiring Front Line Sales Executives (Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager ) to drive business growth by sourcing customers for Loan Against Property (Affordable) product across assigned geographies. The role focuses on lead generation, acquisition, end-to-end loan processing, and building strong networks with connectors and referral partners, aligned with Muthoot FinCorp's growth strategy.

We are hiring Mortgage Sales professionals to drive Affordable LAP lending business with strong on-ground execution.
This is a high-ownership, revenue-driven role where you will:
- Acquire customers through field sourcing & connector network
- Manage the entire loan lifecycle (lead disbursement)
- Build strong local market intelligence & partnerships

Key Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation through field activity, cold calling & local sourcing
- Build a strong pipeline via connectors, referral partners & direct sourcing
- Execute daily sales plans aligned with Branch Business Manager
- Ensure policy-compliant sourcing & documentation
- Manage end-to-end loan processing
- Act as a customer-branch bridge for smooth coordination
- Monitor portfolio health (early delinquency, soft bucket)
- Drive cross-sell of insurance products
- Ensure customer retention & repeat business
- Identify market opportunities & share competitive insights

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 26 years in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage / MSME Sales
- Experience in Banks / NBFCs / FinTechs (mandatory)
- Strong field sales orientation & local market knowledge
- Comfortable with hustle, targets, and on-ground execution
