Roles and Responsibilities

Manage bancassurance sales through bank branches to achieve targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with branch managers, staff, and customers.
Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell life insurance products to existing clients.
Conduct regular meetings with branches to monitor performance and provide feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
