Summary: As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application. This role includes modeling the data architecture to ensure efficient storage and seamless integration across various components. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data flows and collaborating with different teams to align the data framework with the overall application goals, ensuring that the data infrastructure supports both current and future needs effectively.
Roles Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on data-related initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Product Development Management.
  • Strong expertise in designing scalable data models and architectures.
  • Experience in managing data storage solutions and integration techniques.
  • Ability to oversee complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions within data architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams.
  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Product Development Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
