  • They will not sell instead they will:
    • Review workflows (deal cycles, pipeline stages, customer interactions)
    • Create ideal sales journeys (gold-standard behaviors)
    • Validate AI outputs (like how a deal should be handled)

Preferred candidate profile


  • 10+ years enterprise B2B sales
  • Roles like:
    • Enterprise Account Executive
    • Sales Director
    • VP Sales
    • Sales Enablement Leader
  • Quota-carrying history
    • Must have proof of quota achievement
  • Strong experience in:
    • Pipeline management
    • CRM usage (esp. Salesforce
