Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Quality Analysts to ensure high-quality delivery of services to clients.
- Develop and implement effective processes for monitoring and improving call quality, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business results.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance their performance.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry as a Team Leader or similar role.
- Strong Client Management skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent International Voice Processing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
