Job Description

A Power BI Consultant with 10+ years of experience is expected to lead complex data analytics projects, guiding stakeholders and teams to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:-

Data Modeling and Visualization: Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.

- Data Governance: Implement data governance best practices, ensuring data security and compliance.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a collaborative environment.

- Technical Expertise: Develop expertise in DAX, Power Query, and SQL, and stay current with Power BI features and UI/UX design trends.

- Project Management: Assist in project management, ensuring timely delivery of Power BI projects.

Required Skills:- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling.

- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business intelligence tools and methodologies.

- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership: Experience leading teams and managing projects.

Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Power BI consulting and data visualization.

- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar certifications.
