Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results.


Job Requirements



  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the paints or coatings industry.

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools is an advantage.
