Job Description:

- A Store HR is a single point of contact for the entire Store HR Operations

- Store level Recruitment (Cashiers, Sales Associate, Packers)

- Store level on boarding activity/Exit activity

- End to End HR Generalist activities like Attendance & Time office Management, Payroll, Employee Grievances etc

- Salary disbursement coordination

- Employee Benefits Management coordination

- Store level training coordination and documentation

- Employee Engagement activity

- Handling approx. 250 associated which includes on-roll and contractual
