Job Description
- Excellent communication skill.
- Excellent documentation skill.
- Support and Troubleshoot technical IT issues, support in replacing laptops of users
- Knowledge of Win 10, Windows 11, and MS Office 365.
- OS Installation, Image installation, OS Configuration, Knowledge of One drive and its features
- Handling Ticketing tools-SNOW Preferrable
- Bit locker knowledge, how to reset passwords etc.
- Knowledge of Mobility devices installation like Tablet, Mac book, and iPad. etc.
- Network Printer installation, L1 Support
- Knowledge of FPC(Functional PC-) Features
- VIP User Support-Log a call manually for the VIP Users
- Good understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
- Ability to work in at fast paced environment, coordinating workflow and multiple tickets/tasks
- Knowledge of Safe com print management and network printer.
