Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Drive business development and generate new sales opportunities for foundation and offshore equipment.
- Identify and develop relationships with EPC contractors, infrastructure companies, and industrial clients.
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals to clients.
- Handle contract negotiations and support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Participate in customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth across the assigned territory.
Preferred candidate profile
- 69 years of experience in technical or capital equipment sales.
- Preferred experience in Hydrohammer, Vibro Hammer, Foundation Equipment, or Piling Equipment sales.
- Candidates with Offshore Wind, Wind Turbine, Offshore Equipment, or Marine Equipment sales experience will also be considered.
- Strong business development and key account management experience.
- Experience in techno-commercial sales, tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Exposure to EPC, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Marine, Infrastructure, or Heavy Engineering industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for business meetings and customer visits.
