Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor IT systems, networks, and applications to identify potential issues before they impact users.
• Troubleshoot incidents using various tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana, and other monitoring software.
• Collaborate with the service desk team to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain documentation for incident handling procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in IT operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Grafana.
• Experience with incident handling processes and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
