Travel Advisor @ Expert Staffing

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through voice calls, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, refunds, and travel-related queries.
• Provide accurate information regarding travel policies, itineraries, and services.
• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Travel Customer Support (Voice or Non-Voice).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre,GDs or Galileo) is an added advantage.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
