Job Description

Graduate with min 0 to 3 years experience in international customer service. Have fluency in English. Person who can solve customer queries. Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner. Handle and resolve guest complaints.

Required Candidate profile

Clearly determine the purpose of the call. Efficiently manage multiple phone calls. Take reservations. Strong Verbal and Written communication skills (English).

Job Timings - 05.30 PM to 01.30 AM / 01.30 AM to 09.30 AM
