LEADING E COMMERCE COMPANY IS HIRING FOR THE POSITION OF SELLER SUPPORT. THIS IS FOR BANGALORE LOCATION ONLY.

THE POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO WORK FROM HOME THROUGHOUT. THEREFORE, CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE LAPTOPS, BROADBAND AND POWER BACKUP.

Requirements :

  • Need to have excellent communication skills
  • Must have handled international clients over calls
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Must be flexible for shifts
  • Must have good knowledge of dealing with customers
  • Residing in Bangalore
  • Only Graduates/ Postgraduates can apply
  • Must have worked in a BPO preferably

Job Description:

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; Determining the cause of the problem; Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; Expediting correction or adjustment; Following up to ensure resolution. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. .
