Freshers Required @ Chennai For Catalog @ Randstad

Catalog Auditor role will be responsible for auditing vendor submissions to meet Walmart's catalog standards that are category specific. This role will be responsible to fetch missing or incorrect attributes and ensure the overall catalog is complete before ingesting the data to Walmart systems. The role will have daily deliverables across productivity, quality, utilisation as basic metrics. In order to scale and grow with long term the role will have plenty of scope to simplify, automate and eliminate work steps using technology and process simplification solutions. This role will work with various partners within Catalog Acquisition teams and within Walmart systems across stores and e-commerce businesses. Given heavy amount of interaction happens on emails, fluency in English is critical for this role.

JD for Analyst-Junior (Catalog)

• Fluency in written and oral English is critical for this role
• Strong communication skills to write precise and effective emails to internal and external teams
• Good Logical thinking and problem solving ability
• Willingness to work on repetitive tasks that are mundane in nature with accountability on daily deliverables with consistent quality
• Hands on experience in MS office products primarily in Excel, as well as other web based applications/tools
• Research on products to collect catalog information across various platforms (Internet based)
• Think beyond standard tasks to simplify or automate will enable long term growth
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
• Ability to multitask and balance between production, quality, utilization, automation,
• exceptions management and other day to day routine
