We are hiring for JC Manager at South Mumbai,Navi Mumbai , Central & Western.The job description details is mentioned below:-
Job Responsibilities :
Ensure acquisition of customers and sales as per planned targets for Fixed business and Mobile business respectively.
Ensure seamless execution for Mobility & Fixed line projects under Jio business.
Ensure cost optimization and productivity through proper planning of network and operations
Provide Leadership to plan, organize work / projects to ensure deliverables from multiple departments as per timelines.
Ensure adherence to all SOPs, statutory compliances (liaison with Govt. officials) & commercial controls.
Ensure procurement of Right of Way and other related permissions for Fixed Line project execution.
Provide action plan for Customer Retention, Feedback and resolution mechanisms.
Control employee turnover / attrition and keep internal employees motivated, engaged and happy.
Coordinate with the State Supply Chain and Marketing functions to develop the plan for servicing of channel partners i.e. Direct Sales Partners across cities to ensure availability of marketing merchandise, adequate inventory of products and devices, sales kits, demo devices etc. Manage Customer life-cycle for both fixed and mobile customers.
Take inputs from State Functional team for Trade Promotion, Engagement & Marketing activities which includes rewards & recognition programs, loyalty programs, in/out shop promotions calendar, and seek State Heads approval on the budget allocation
Ensure RIL values are instilled and followed by all team members. Motivate team members for higher engagement levels.
Ensure the development of team members - train and coach people on the job and groom them for higher responsibilities.
Manage relationships with ITI / Technical/Other institutes to ensure steady pipeline of resources.
Education Requirement :
Graduation degree in any discipline, Post Graduation, MBA preferred
Experience Requirement :
10 - 15 years
