Back office process
Shifts Timing :- Rotational Shift Including Late Night
2 weekly off Sat and Sun (depending on work load)
Door pick up and Door drop ( Limited Boundaries)

Must Required - US Health Insurance & Claims Processing Experience

Work location: Hadapsar

Key Skills :

Minimum 2-4 years experience of transaction processing in US Health Care / US Insurance Preferred

Good written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to work in rotational shift

Proficient in MS office

*View case report submitted and install the customers records.

*Process case transactions

*Review & analyze and process policy installation in accordance with business process documents.

*Policy Installation

*Enrollment

*Risk Analysis

*Verification/Review/attestation of policy documents

*End to End work on policy and insurance of particular project.

Good analytical skills, willing to learn new things, Adaptability,

Flexible to work in shifts, Team player

Other - Good knowledge of Insurance Health Care
