Job Description:

• Providing support for commercial and financial request
• Meeting TAT & Accuracy Daily/weekly SLA 
• Follow established procedures & guidelines for processing of endorsements 
• Investigate and resolve customer queries 
• Communicating with customers through email & Web service request.
