Senior Business Analyst ( Cpi, Cpq, C4c) @ TransAltus Management

At TransAltus, Business Analyst is a vital link between business needs and existing information technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will play an expert functional consultant role who can conceptualize the gaps between current and future state scenarios and can effectively articulate in both verbal and written communications, how to bridge these gaps with solutions that will help our clients to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Gather functional and non-functional requirements and draft user stories using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
Configure and customize integrations with SAP CPQ and SAP CPI using (iFlows)
Ability to model the databases of the different applications into a schema model outlining the database tables and their relations.
Define and articulate product features, configuration, specifications, and user stories
Ability to draw integration diagrams outlining the system interactions via message structures.
Report on key insights, findings, technical issues and make recommendations
Be able to work flexible hours due to the location of customers and teams globally
Participate in user acceptance, deployment, and post-implementation support
Learn the client's business as a subject matter expert
Develop an understanding of the features, capabilities, and limitations of SAP CPQ
Identify and track customer pain-points, and gaps between business process requirements and systems capabilities
Communicate with senior management regarding project progress in writing and daily meetings

Years of Experience:

Total 4 to 8 Years with 3+ years of experience as a business analyst

Job Location:

Chennai or Bangalore preferred.
The ability to work remotely and willingness to travel domestically will be appreciated. In the future, there could be an opportunity for International travel to serve key customers.

Required Experience
Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in SAP C4C / SAP CPQ / SAP CPI / SAP VC
SAP Sales Cloud/ Salesforce.com experience is a plus
Woking relationship with User Interface Design team
Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently and with others as part of a team
Strong written & verbal communication skills including technical writing. Able to interact appropriately with others including customers, teammates & management.
Ability to impact operations and affect change
Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills
